Hendra Healthworks did not believe the group website reflected their marketing content or was representative of the clientele that lived in the suburb of Hendra. Their online new member sign up process was clunky and required attention from a sales person which meant an increased customer acquisition cost. What we delivered was a website built for 2019 with all the bells and whistles including complete automation, which meant no need for extra sales staff and meant fast tracking potential members.
Hendra Healthworks' old website was dated and they did not believe it reflected Hendra or the surrounding suburbs. When updating the design of the website we knew it had to be clean, modern and it had to do its job of attracting and capturing new members. The result is a new website that is functional, stylish and a strong reflection of the Healthworks brand.
A major challenge we faced was integrating Healthworks' recurring debiting system, DebitSuccess, with Wordpress and having it function correctly. The issue was that it had to be set up in the form of a weekly subscription but flexible enough to allow members to add features into their cart at the click of a button such as Pilates or Creche. This is a feature that previously was not possible while using DebitSuccess and Wordpress. Our in-house developer team found a solution, which resulted in a new seamless way for members to completely customise their subscription with no need for sales assistance.
Hendra Healthworks wanted to put a focus on new members signing up online. The old website had a sign up process which was a little clunky, it didn't flow and meant a sales person would still need to reach out to the potential customer to confirm details and finalise the subscription. Using the design of the new website to help the process flow and with the integration of DebitSuccess, Neighbourhood was able to deliver a new system that required no need for sales team intervention. This update has fast tracked sign ups and lowered their customer acquisition cost.
From start to finish the new website was rolled out within four weeks which produced quicker results than your average 8-week challenge. Now with a quality website and lead generation strategy implemented, Hendra Healthworks is spending more time selling to new customers, more time doing what they do best in the gym and less time prospecting.
The new website has allowed Hendra Healthworks to align their brand and marketing with their offering. The new member sign on process has allowed the cost of sales staff to be reduced and they are seeing 30 new members month on month. Hendra Healthworks have been so happy with their new website that we are now in the works of updating the remaining of the Healthworks group websites across eleven locations. We've also been working on some lead generation for the Hendra gym, managing their Facebook Advertising, their Google Ads and remarketing.
