We're looking for a talented Office Co-Ordinator to join the crew at Neighbourhood!
Organised? Love to manage processes & projects?
An experienced professional in people delegating, office management, operations, business processes, calendar management & scheduling. The purpose is to assist the team with daily operations of the agency to ensure internal and external projects are in order, on time and within budget.
Ideal role for someone who has multitasking abilities, problem solving abilities and can work within a team environment as well as autonomously.

So what is it we need you to do?
You'll have experience managing operations, people and resources in an office or studio environment. As part of the role, you'll be working on both internal and external activities. Internal projects & activities include working with project managers on planning, research, scheduling and measuring results of projects and retained accounts. Assist with account management by sending budget reminders, invoicing accounts, compiling financial reports and being the first point of contact for suppliers & contractors. Using project management software and tools to identify and interpret business performance, working closely with the managing director on improving the business overall.

Assist sales with estimating
Management of External Contractors
Management of project tasks & budgeted hour allocations
Managing Project Timelines with Staff
Working within Trello and keep updated
Manage Invoicing
End of month client reporting
Consolidate Monthly Projects & reporting
Digital Wayfinding - CTA, menu, button design
