Our New Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing communications and digital content that support the objectives of Neighbourhood and its clients. This includes web content, blog writing, social media strategy & posting, monthly newsletters, account management, SEO & SEM management/reporting and Onboarding of Hubspot to name a few.
As an integral member of the Client Management team, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for building effective digital campaigns that raise brand awareness while also supporting Account Managers in delivering success across all Client portfolios.

So what is it we need you to do?
Here is some of the stuff you will be getting up to on the daily:
Working alongside & managing designers, developers & specialists within the project team with the Account Manager. Producing high-quality work that exceeds expectations. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Working to resolve challenging client requests or/and escalating complex issues to the Account Manager or Ops Manager. Staying up-to-date with trends to help identify opportunities for the client. Communicating opportunities to improve the client experience with the broader Neighbourhood team. Ensuring Click Up project plans/tasks and billable hours are kept up to date and executed on time. Support Account Managers on Projects and collaborating on both internal and external campaigns and projects.
Understanding of Digital Marketing and Inbound Marketing methodologies
Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities and strict project timelines.
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve autonomously, think outside the box and go that extra mile.
Your organisational skills need to be next level so you can switch between creative and technical work.
A history of working towards Monthly Goals & KPIs and developing strategies to drive performance across campaigns.
Superior communication skills, incredible writing skills, strong listening skills and excellent quantitative skills.
