What lands every Monday
Three parts, five minutes.
What changed in AI
The handful of releases from last week that matter to a business running on HubSpot, and what each one changes for you.
Example: Opus 5.5 lands at 40% less per job, and the two API calls that stop working on it.
Try this before lunch
One hack you can set up in under an hour, written step by step.
Example: paste last week's AI jobs under one prompt and sort each onto Opus 5.5, Sol or Luna.
What we built
A real build from the week, from a client project or our own tools, with what it saved.
Example: /morning, one board of every deal at risk before a salesperson opens Gmail.
Why I write it
The AI news I'd tell you over a coffee.
Every week I'm asked the same thing by the operators we work with: what actually changed, and does it matter to us? Most AI news is written for people who build AI, so I started writing the version for people who run businesses on it.
Ops Intel is that email. What moved last week, one thing you can try before lunch, and something real we built for a client, with what it saved. If it isn't useful to the people running a business, it doesn't go in.

Who it's for
Operations and RevOps leads
People who run the CRM and the processes on top of it.
Marketing and sales leaders
Teams deciding which AI tools earn a place in the stack.
Founders and CEOs
Midmarket Australian businesses who want five minutes on AI every week.
Questions
Everything you might want to know.
When does it arrive, and how often?
Every Monday, Australian Eastern time. It has gone out every week since April 2026, and we're 25 issues in.
What's in each issue?
Three parts. What actually changed in AI last week, filtered to what matters for a business. One thing you can try before lunch, written as steps. And something real we built for a client, with what it saved. Most people read it in about five minutes.
Who writes it?
Trav White, founder of Neighbourhood, with the team who build the systems the issue talks about. Nothing is written by someone who hasn't used the tool in question.
Who is it for?
Operations, RevOps, marketing and sales leaders at Australian midmarket businesses, plus the founders and CEOs they report to. If you run your business on a CRM and want to know what AI changes for you this week, it's written for you.
Is it only about HubSpot?
No. It covers AI broadly: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Microsoft and the tools built on them. HubSpot comes up often because most of our clients run on it, but every issue is useful whatever CRM you use.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Every issue is written for the person running the business, in plain English. Where there's a setup step, it's spelled out so you can follow it or hand it to someone on your team.
Is it free?
Yes, and it stays free. There's no paid tier and nothing locked behind one.
Why do you ask for my company and role?
So we know who reads it and can keep each issue relevant to the people opening it. It also lets us spot when a topic is landing with a particular kind of team.
Will I get other emails from you?
Signing up subscribes you to Ops Intel only. You won't be added to our other newsletters unless you ask.
What happens to my details?
They're stored in our HubSpot account and handled under our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share them. You can ask us to update or delete them at any time.
Can I reply or suggest a topic?
Yes. Hit reply on any issue and it comes straight to Trav. Plenty of topics started as a reader's question.
Can Neighbourhood help us do what's in an issue?
Yes. If something in an issue fits a problem you have, reply to the email or book a time with us and we'll talk it through.
Can I share it with my team?
Please do. Forward any issue, or send them this page so they get their own copy each Monday.
How do I unsubscribe?
One link at the bottom of every email. One click and you're off the list, no questions asked.
